7.13. Setting Nominal Codes for sale services

Once your Nominal Codes have been added to the CRM, you may wish to assign them to the relevant Sale Service items.

Sale Services can include items such as memberships, sponsorships, services, and other invoiceable products. When a Sale Service is invoiced, the Nominal Code assigned to that Sale Service will be used on the invoice export to Xero.

To update the Nominal Code for a Sale Service, a Rubi System Admin can navigate to:

Main Menu → System → Lists → Sale Service

Locate and select the Sale Service you wish to update, then click the Amend icon ().

This will open a pop-up window containing additional details for the selected Sale Service. From here, update the Nominal Code field as required.
