1.16. Does my Outlook Plugin need an update?

We plan for the new Rubi CRM Outlook Plugin to update automatically whenever a new release is available.

Most updates will install automatically. However, some updates may currently require you to manually trigger them.

How to check for updates

The steps below apply to the new Outlook (the process is similar in Classic Outlook):

1) Open More apps and select Add apps.

 

2) Click Manage your apps located at the bottom.

 

3) Locate the Rubi CRM Outlook Plugin.

4) If an update is available, it will show Update available. Select the Rubi CRM Plugin and click Update.
