To update the pricing for an export document type in Rubi CRM, ensure you are a Rubi CRM System user and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Export Doc Type List:
Go to Main Menu → System → Lists → Export Doc Type.
2. Select the Document Type:
From your list of export doc types, locate the type you want to update and click the Amend icon () next to it.
3. Understand Pricing Structure:
- Default Price: The standard price for non-members.
- Default Saving: The discount applied to members.
- Member Price: Calculated as
Default Price – Default Saving.
Example:
For a UK Certificate of Origin (Standard):
- Non-member pays £52.00 (Default Price)
- Member pays £26.00 (Default Price £52.00 – Default Saving £26.00)
4. Update Prices:
- To change the non-member price, update the Default Price.
Example: To increase the non-member price to £59.00, set Default Price = £59.00. - To change the member price, adjust the Default Saving so that:
Member Price = Default Price – Default Saving
Example: To set member price to £32.00 when Default Price = £59.00, set Default Saving = £27.00.
