7.2. Connect Eventbrite with RubiCRM
To connect RubiCRM with Eventbrite, you must create a new Eventbrite API Key from within Eventbrite.
Step 1
Log in to your Eventbrite Account.
Step 2
Navigate to Accounts Settings from the User menu.
Step 3
Navigate to the API Keys page under the Developer Links heading.
Step 4
From the API Keys page, click the Create API Key button.
Step 5
Populate the Request a new key form, including the prepopulated values.
Ensure to set Application URL to https://eventbrite.rubicrm.net/.
Then click the Create Key button.
Step 6
After the API key has been created, save all the details so they can be easily
accessed later.
Step 7
Once you have your API Key details, open your RubiCRM system, go to Main Menu -> System -> Lists -> Eventbrite Account.
In the Add new item field, type the friendly name you would like to call your Eventbrite
account and hit “Enter” on your keyboard.
Once the new item has been added, click the Amend button () to open the pop-up. Paste the API credential values from the previous step into the applicable fields in RubiCRM.
