1.8. Training certificates
Training certificates can now be generated against your events/training bookings within the RubiCRM event module.
Within the event/training record's Bookings page, you are presented with a grid of all bookings associated with the event. These bookings may have a different Booking Status (Active, Attended, Cancelled, No Show, etc) per booking.
The bookings grid contains a variety of Columns which you can turn on/off to suit your needs. The column relevant to training certificates is called Certificate.
From this column, you can Generate a certificate. When you click the Generate button, you will be asked which template from Main Menu > Marketing > Templates should be used to produce the certificate.
Once a template is selected, click the Submit button, which will queue up your certificate to generate.
You can generate certificates individually or by ticking the relevant certificates and clicking the Bulk Generate Certificates button.
When certificates are generated, they are stored against the contact, meaning you can view these certificates when viewing the contact record's Booking Certificates section.
Training certificates can also be hooked into Scheduled Emails.
