6.6. Contacts failing to export to Mailchimp
On occasion, RubiCRM will tell you that some contacts have failed to be exported to Mailchimp as part of the synchronisation process.
This can be due to a variety of reasons, but the most likely cause is that the email address is not in a valid format.
Any contact which has the Mailchimp Status of Missing means the contact has not been synchronised to your Mailchimp audience. This may be due to a failure or that the contact just hasn't yet been added.
You can find the reason why a contact has failed to synchronise by attempting to synchronise any contact marked as Missing. You can individually sync Missing contacts, whereby RubiCRM will tell you the fault, or you can sync the Missing contacts in a batch. Contacts which have failed to synchronise in a batch will be provided in an Excel file.
Please note RubiCRM will only tell you of any faults if you sync a batch of less than 100 contacts.
