If you use Microsoft Edge as your browser of choice, please review our video on how to clear its browser cache.

Microsoft Edge can be particularly stubborn in refreshing its cache and may require you to refresh the cache in the browser's "Settings".

Follow the guidance in the video, making sure to select All Time for the Time Range.
